Yes! Any of our virtual courses can be conducted in-person at your location, anywhere in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Pricing and minimum/maximum attendance requirements for in-person training can vary considerably. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss in-person training for your team.
Yes! We offer training courses on an array of topics, so what you see on our Upcoming Courses page is just the start.
We can also create custom training courses specifically for teams, departments, and entire companies, and deliver them in-person or virtually. Please reach out to us through the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss our custom training services.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but with enough notice, we may be able to transfer your registration to someone else (such as another person on your team) or offer you credit toward another course in the future.
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt immediately after you submit your registration and pay the course fee. You can download a placeholder iCalendar file from the confirmation email to reserve the time on your calendar. Official meeting invites with Zoom links and audio conferencing information will be sent out 24 to 48 hours before the date of the course.
